Micros EM PRice Import error

Dear All
Micros3700/EM 5.2
We had export Menuitem Through price wizard and insert prices in .csv file when we are trying to import prices its giving us error find the attached image for the reference
Even if we give price only for 1 item and try to import gives the same error

My guess is that you have an invalid price sequence in the file. -2147483648 is one number below the default range for an integer data type, so it looks like the import is throwing in a default failing value.
