Micros E7 Workstation Slow Down

I have a three terminal Micros E7 ver 3.2 POS system with a back office server running windows XP Pro. All of my hardware was purchased 2nd hand and the workstations are running on different platform versions. I have to reboot the workstations once a month to keep everything running correctly otherwise the system slows to a crawl. I am not sure what might be causing the issue but I think that the first step should be to upgrade the workstations (WS4, WS5, & WS5A) to the latest platform & bios. I don't have access to Micros support downloads. Can anyone help?

Try increasing the size of the CF card on the terminals. The mixed hardware should not be an issue.
