Micros e7 Transaction Report

Does e7 have the capability to display a historical transaction report?
I'm trying to determine various routes to determine who is ringing in product that we are finding losses for.

Yikes, that sounds extremely time consuming.
So no on the historical reports.

Are there any ways to tap into e7's data structure to manually query this data myself? Electronic journal?

So am I missing something if I can't locate Electronic Journal on this particular system?

Is Electronic Journal something that our provider has to install as an upgrade like Transaction Analyzer with 3700?

Beyond that, does anybody else have any thoughts or insight as to how I can query/extract/unload transaction history in e7? Thank you for any and all considerations!
