MICROS E7 Support Help

I have a client that has a micros e7 and needs the credit card processor changed to a new company. They are on version 2.5 and need to upgrade to 3.2 I think it is to be PCI compliant. I have not worked on micros before. They received an estimate to upgrade from micros. I am not sure I will mess with that end of things unless it is easy. I really just need a guide or some remote help to get the processing company changed for them once the upgrade is complete. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to compensate someone for their help. We are in the Phoenix area if anyone is local as well.

Hi,
You need to ask Micros what versions are tested as PCI compliant. I know 2.8 is, and the 3.=> versions have the features like table plans, inventory etc but have not been certified compliant.
