Hello all,

Is there any way to call an executable from the E7 Autosequencer? I've seen RES3700 doco that shows a tab for it in that product, but I don't see anywhere in the E7 software?

Additionally, is there anyway to call an executable from a touchscreen key? Again, I have not seen any way, but if I can't do it from the autosequencer, maybe I can do it with a button?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

In 3700 you create an external program, which in turn can be called by an autosequence.
It may be possible in E7 to create an INTERFACE, write a SIM script to call the external program, and pass the values to the PMSx.isl.
There is a 50/50 chance that it would work. Why dont you try that?

Steve
