Micros E7 networking issues

My PC crashed and replaced it with a newer computer running windows 7

everything loaded fine got my database off of one of the workstations and it looks correct except for the network issues

The version of E7 is 2.6.47.0

All my workstations are connected (Green) to one another but not to the PC (Red) and the PC is connecting to itself (Green) but not with the workstations (All Red)

I went as far as turning all the firewall settings OFF

I've had it on DHCP and static IP addresses

I can ping all the workstations from the PC and ping the PC from all the workstations but they are still not communicating with one another

I have the PC name set in the workstations

I'm lost and need any assistance that someone can give me, Thanks

The only version of e7 that officially supports win7 is 3.3. You might be able to force it to work but I'd just upgrade. It's free if you can get the software and do it yourself.
