Micros E7 Network Inactive help request

We just recently had our server die and replaced with a new XP machine.
We have Micros E7 v2.6.47 reinstalled and restored from backup.
The 2 terminals Show Active for both Status and Network but show server as:
status: Active
network: inactive
The server we just setup shows the 2 terminals as
Status: active
Network: inactive

Would anyone happen to have some advise on how to fix this?
I have restarted Micros Cal Server on XP machine
and on the CE Terminals I selected reconfigure CAL
which finds server automatically but still shows Network: inactive once it launches.

Go to each workstation including the PC and set each one inactive.
When done all statuses should show as inactive when looked at from each workstation.
Once done set everything active again. This should allow it to sync up.

This works with the 2 Terminals but when I activate the server it still shows inactive from the Terminals
and the terminals show inactive on the server.

Was unable to figure this out... A Micros Tech came out and fixed for us so problem is solved
