Micros e7 Journals not recording

We have 4 Micros workstations and 1 PC. The journal is recording on the PC, but there are no journals recording on each of the workstations and therefore also not transferring the journals to the PC at the end of the day. The configuration looks correct to me, but the file is just not being produced. Any suggestions?

not positive about e7, but in RES you have to set the journal printer on each workstation.

Is there a setting for setting the "journal" printer where you define printers for each terminal?

Hi,
The journals in E7 are stored on the compact flash of the workstation, not on the "server". Make sure you have created them as devices (like a printer, but a file) and then make sure the path is like \cf\e7\journals\whatever.txt
