Hello, I try to open the workstation and it prompt a error message that say "need to program a sign-in touchscreen for this workstation" I try enter into the Touchscreens menu and try to make a another sign in template but still won't work. how do I install another sign in screen?? Please help, I'm been sitting here for a few hours reading everyone post to get a little clue on how to do this, but I hope I don't have use the wcf.exe to reinstall.

Hey again,
Again these come from the JOBS... And go reght down the bottom of the config to Devices and start there. Work your way up through Restaurant, Tracking Groups and finish off at the top with Menu... and Touchscreens... I have done heaps of E7, 3700 and 9700. Which version are you on? Version 3 is great, get the MR2 patch so your earlier licence key is compatible, it has Table / Floorplan objects and also Inventory/ Stock management native to it. Very time consuming to set up, but you get all the extra reports and wastage. Only downfall is the new reports arent exportable like the earlier ones. (the old reports are still able to be exported, but MI sales etc arent)
