Micros e7 End of Night

I recently hooked up a Micros e7 PC to two Work stations that had been working for awhile. I was able to pull the latest database to the PC as well as edit menu items, but I always got a date warning on the PC.

Last night it seems something that normally runs automatically (and changes the Business Date) didn't run and the Date when you go to the Reports didn't change. After researching people suggest an Increment Business Date, but I don't see a button called that or Auto Sequence anywhere.

Is the a place you can schedule jobs to run nightly at a certain time?

is there a way i can grab sales journal emailed to me after night end! when is closed i can have reports that i need emailed to me? or is there away i can have reports i need generated in a folder so i can just copy paste them to my folder through portal.

any help i will appreciate
