Hi need help, please.
Micros E7 system, 3 stations.
When I run my system tax report totals at the end of my business day, the totals don't add up on the report.
I have 3 stations and this seems to happen only when I am really busy.
Ex. 1. Food tax --
Tax collected --- $25.00
Taxable sales --- $500.00
Tax Exempt ------ $0
2. No Tax --
Tax Collected --- $0
Taxable Sales --- $500.00
Tax Exempt Sales --- $0
Total
Tax Collected ---$25.00
Non Taxable --- $10.00(I have no idea what this, but I add it to my no tax taxable sales, usually makes net sales equal).
Net Sales --- $900(Should total $1010, the tax collected is actually added when I run my
system balance report).
My system balance report will equal --- $935
Any reason why this could be happening? Thanks in advance for any help with this.
