Hi all,
we had a power outage and after reboot the e7 server spit out "database mismatch" errors for each terminal and set them all to inactive. Any attempt to open a transaction now gets an error "Unable to continue. Interface OPI is hosted on micros-PC which is inactive". I cant for the life of me figure out how to resolve this or re-activate the terminals..
Pointers, tips, links, advice all appreciated. Oracle support no help said e7 too old. e7 version is 4.3.4
Shift4 checked UTG and confirmed all fine in that head end software.
