Micros E7 3.3 Setup Restaurant & Bar

Hello, looking for help information.
I have bought a Micros e7 POS system at auction. It came with a pc and 2 W5A workstations and 2 scales as well. This system is set up for a yogurt store.
I would like to set it up for a restaurant and bar.
My question is how do I change it, so I can use it for a restaurant and bar?
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to program it for your needs.

and read through the information on the e7 point of sale tab, specifically the setup docs and user guide
It will be a good starting point.
