Micros DBA User

Hi All,
Is there anyway to recover the DBA User password
We have lost the password for one of the site and we need to unload Database to convert the Charset to enable Arabic Printing
we all did in many Sites but for this we have lost the DBA user password
and we need DBA User to do this

Talk to a micros dealer. Even if the tool exists I don't think anyone should be posting it.
