Micros database Structure

Are you talking about Micros 3700? If so, there's no published documentation that goes into any detail like that. The best reference you're going to get are the domain.rpt and schema.rpt reports that install with Res, and digging your way through Sybase Central. Micros allows 3rd party development, but they don't make it easy. It makes sense; why would they help the competition to their professional services department.
