Micros Cash Management

Hi All
I am facing issue in Cash management in 4.9 MR7
When i am trying to login cash management its showing me error "A connection to server cannot be established"
Cash management is configure in micros database and same database working fine in other PC
i tried to install last service pack and i have checked the services of cash management in administrative tools

Any body has idea for this issue
