Micros Caller ID

Hi guys, I'm having an issue trying to setup a caller ID for my restaurant. I am using the standard USB 4-line Rochelle Caller ID, and have the GSS and Caller ID services both enabled in windows but I am not sure what to do after that to have it integrated into the main FOH screen. I am probably missing some type of software required to integrate it, because it was not included in the system when it was purchased through micros.

Are you trying to use it through GSS? If so you need to do some setup in POSCONFIG on the "GSS" tab, "General
