Hello,

We are trying to print off the PreCloseReports and this is the error that comes up and it will not print. Can anyone offer us some direction?

What are your austosequence #10009 steps?
Is this a new error? Or has it never worked?
 
This is a new error.

I am not sure of the question, it lists steps, 1,2,3, each being a report but spits this error out instead of the report at each step. There was printer issues when this started but I got the printer working and can print some things but not in the autosequence ... does this help?

Is there somewhere/somehow (log) I can retrieve?
 
is this an autosequence you are running on the workstations or are you running it through Autosequences and reports on the server.

There is a log on the server D:\Micros\Res\Pos\Etc\3700.log

I had a peek at that log earlier, still fairly new to the Micros, I will post the log.

Did you change your printer or your printer is no longer the default printer in Micros? Try opening autosequences and reports and I the file menu check your settings. There is also a default printer setting in posconfig under system, restaurant.
