Micros 9700

Hello,

I'm trying to print a restaurant logo in the guest check and customer receipt. Have already upload the file to the Epson TM-T88III printer and tested OK.

Now I need to know what to change in the system for the logo to be printed in the header of every document that prints.

I don't know if this is related, but we were attempting to print barcodes on our receipts (same printer, same Micros 9700), but were told that because we had serial printers, it wouldn't work. They need to be either parallel or networked for it to work. Again, I don't know if a barcode can be lumped in with a logo, but it might be something to check.
