Only know how to get to the screen calibration on a WS4 running 9700?

Are you wanting to know how to do this or?

What are you wanting, can you reword your question?

Wow; talk about auto correct. I need to know the procedure to calibrate the touchscreen. It's a WS4 LX running CAL.

Ok, that makes better sense.

You will need to go into the Configuration menu of the Workstation by way of LEFT RIGHT LEFT, then press the GO TO MS Windows. Which will take you to Windows CE, from there open up My Doc, then go up a folder. I can't remember off hand, but you should be able to find a Utilities folder, which has a calibration file. You can calibrate it there.

You can always do this from the server as the station might be completely off with no way of even having button access.

in the micro menu there is a "confidence test" utility,
the function is called sundry. it will allow you to remotely calibrate the station in such situations.
