Micros 9700 - workstation not printing

I have a 9700 system with 6 workstations and 5 are working fine, but WS2is not printing. I have swapped cables/printers around (and changed the ID's) and proved the cables/printers are OK, and have come to the conclusion that the port 1 on WS2 is dead. There is a Port 2. Can I change the printing to use port 2? if so What are the steps?

you need to configure the printer again, each printer is atached to only one port, need go to the server and reconfigure it under DEVICES field look for the printer and select port 5 in the desired workstation
