Hi. Was wondering if someone could help me out. Earlier this month i noticed in issue in our Web Reports module. WHile looking for transactions, i noticed that at one point in time, the "JNL" link disappeared from the "Transaction Summary" page (under Audit & Analysis). Prior to 9/1/2016 at around 1:35pm, I was able to click on the "JNL" link to display a receipt format of a transaction. After 9/1, it no longer showed. I checked all of the logs and could not find any errors or indication as to why it stopped becoming available. Any idea as to what would cause this to happen?
Let me know if there are any other details i could provide. I called micros about it, but they don't seem to know much about web reports from 9700.
