Hi All,

I have Micros 9700 system and was wondering how can I omit a certain employee class from printing out on our daily start of day report.

We have an employee class for our termed employees, which is pretty big. and every morning it prints out, with all the other employee classes. Im trying to save on paper. is there an option in micros to prevent it from spittin' out. or do i have to call Oracle and have them modify the autosequence?
I'm not much of a micros person, as you can see. =) Hopefully somebody can point me to the right direction. Thanks!

Not familiar with 9700 but the autosequence step should have an option to set the range for the report. You want either current employees or set a range and move the employees you dont want out of the range. Another option is to modify the report usually in Crystal Reports...a little more techinical.
Last in 3700 usually when you delete or terminate an employee they no longer show up in reports if they have no current data. Not sure if your reference to "termed" is terminated?

Thanks Wildbar, ill check out the autosequence. yes i meant terminated..
