Any ideas ??

Can you translate the message for me please?

By Chance does it say anything about Waiting or Switching to Application?

Yes it asking for switching to application or retry ?

the translated message:

impossible to complete this action because the other program is busy, select "switch to" to activate the busy program and correct the problem

Thank you

Switch to. It will eventually finish. Check the aseq.log and 8700d.log for information and status, it should be writing to it.

you can also check your Tasks in Task Manager and look for the aseq file running.

On the server or client side ?

Server side

Are you running this on the Server or Client?

Also, is this how you generally run your End of Day (EOD)?

we run the eod from client.when i run it from server it's working without any problem.

I wouldn't run it from the client, it could cause issues, like this. For instance, if you think it finished but really hasn't and the next EOD tried to run.
You can kill it and then run it from the Server. Not sure what Client you are running it from, is this a Workstation or a PC Winclient?

From a PC,the eod is running every night by the night audit, for security issues i can t give him access to the server.after when he click retry the eod complete but it s taking about 30min because he need to wait for RMC to respond

Interesting, Why don't you have the EOD run at a specified time on a daily basis? This way you won't have to worry about waiting or giving any unnecessary access.

no,i can't because we don't have a defined time to run the EOD.

also we have to run the pms eod just after the pos eod

Which PMS are you referring to?

Can you give me a run down of what is all ran for your Micros EOD ?

Im referring to opera i will send you the ran down tomorrow, thank you
