Open the Employee Maintenance and locate the Employee you wish to add additional RVC's to, You will need to know the Micros Emp Number.
Click on the Insert Record button.
- Change the type to 'Operator by Revenue Center'
- Change the Revenue Center to the RVC you want the Employee to be put in.
- (Optional) - Select a Template Operator for the Employee to be copied from.
- These would be the settings/configuration of the Employee for that RVC.
- Select the Employee(s) you wish to add to the RVC.
- Note: If an Employee is not listed, this means they already have access to this RVC.
Also, don't forget you will need to go back and make sure the Reporting is setup for that employee in the new RVC. Tracking Group and Cashier Link. Also, any options you may need to have that will match others in the same RVC.
