Micros 9700 database fields

Guys,

I need a sql script to extract these reports in 9700 (see below format) and dump it into .xls, .csv or .txt

Date | Outlet Name | # Guest | Guest Average | # Check | Check Average | Sold Items | Net Sales | Daily Revenue Sales
