Hello,
I need help..
I have a WS5 terminal with IDN (id=1) thermal printer. I connected a second IDN (id=2) thermal printer to the id=1 printer.
I need both printers to print the same receipts and/or orders at the same time (when the order is sent, guest check printed, etc. from this or any other WS5). Printers are in different locations.
Pretty much I need id=2 to be a carbon copy of id=1.
Is there a way to achieve it thru EMC setup? Or is there some physical splitter/replicator I can use?
