Micros 8700 credit cards authorization setup key

Please help! A change is needed in micros 8700 cashier screen. Currently, we have about 4 revenues and only 2 revenues with cashier screens already have credit card authorization programmed within them and the cashiers have no problem with running credit charges throught these revenues. The rest of the revenues, however, don't have the credit card authorize key at all on the cashier screen so they cannot run credit charges because it was meant for cash only from the begining.
My question is what would be the best way for me to add the credit authorization keys on cashier’s screen that required them. Can I used the existing cashier screen with credit card authorization bottom already programmed in them and link to others that needed them. If so can you give me some idea and suggestion. Look at the other rev centers and just copy the info from them and you should be fine. Make sure you write down every option; don't just guess at one. Micros seems to have a domino, or better put 'avalanch' effect when you change options. You'd be surprised how changing 1 simple flag will throw you system into some delirious daze.
