Micros 5.7 Closed check report 1

Our closed checks report is only lasting two weeks at the moment. Trying to get that report to last at least six weeks. Anyone know where those settings are?

Closed checks are only stored for 14 days. You can't change this.

Oracle France has changed it every time in the database

Yes you can change it in the database but honestly I wouldn't recommend it if your store processes a reasonable number of transactions.

It will slow the system down the longer you store the checks.

Hi,

You can skip "Purge Historical Totals" autosequence step from "End of Day" routine and it will stop data purging after 14 days. But it's not recommended. As CathalMF mentioned, it will grow the database extensively and delay in taking the system Front of House.
