Micros 5.2 Consolidated Sale Report Error

Micros5.2
All Condoslidated Sales reports(SYS & RVC) are not working when we are trying to preview it shows (Code 9: Failed to export report)
we tried to upgrade database to Gen2 & 5.2 Mr1
Still same error
2 different customers
1) 5.2
2) 5.2 Gen2 & 5.2 Mr1
Getting same error with consolidated sales reports

Do the standard consolidated reports run?
Where these written for v4.x and upgraded or modified from the v5.x reports?
If you drop one of those reports into your test system do they run, both in Crystal and through the Micros apps?

Thanks Pmegan for replying
These are all default micros reports we didnt do any customization
except consolidated sales (Sys\RVC) all reports working like
Consolidated menu items sales summary is working fine only issue in Sales
