MIcros 5.2 Autosequence Freezing up

Hello all, although I hvae been a member for a while, this is my first post. We are rolling out RES 5.2 on all of our restaurants and I am having an issue at one particular location. Basically, OPS freezes when they run reports from the terminals (Micros WS4s). This is at random, reports work for a bit, then it just freezes. We are trying to find a pattern but I thought I would post this ins case someone out there has encounter this. We started from an image and we convert the DB on site when the machine is being swapped out, yet, this issue is only happening at this one location.
So far, I have tried deleting both the Autosequence Server and the MIcros Remoting service to then re install them. Anybody out there have any thoughts?

I'd start by turning up the verbosity on the autosequence server and see if it writes anything helpful to the 3700d log.
Are you running WS4 or WS4LX workstations? Are they the same in the other locations?

Hi pmegan, I did, nothing worthwhile but the fact that some of the Autoseqs are being delayed for some reason. I am sossy as I did not have email alert on my own thread so I wasn't aware there was a reply We seem to have narrow down the issue to a corrupt 40 Column report and are in the midst of testing. The issue where autoseqs are being delayed with no apparent reason still remains however.
