I am trying to remove all current customers from GSS, Any ideas? thanx

Assuming I wanted a clean / clear NEW GSS I would:
1. IN GSS goto File>Database Update Support Scripts and CLEAR my AR stuff. Do it on all 4 Clear AR functions (accounts receivable)
2. Export the GSS data.
3. Open gss_customer_def.csv (the customer definitions) and clear the records. Maybe leave one record there with starting number 1000001 . Save the CSV
4. Open gss_customer_status.csv and delete all records except one (if you kept the single record above)
5. Import GSS data (FILE>IMPORT GSS DATA).
No customers. No AR info. Still have coupons.

it keeps telling me gss_customer_def.csv has no data to import then import file is not valid, i have no file named _def or _status but 6000 customers , any other suggestions, also in gss there is no File>Database Update Support Scripts and CLEAR my AR stuff. Do it on all 4 Clear AR functions (accounts receivable). all4? thank you..
