MICROS 3700D NOT RUNNING

Hi, our windows NT 4.0 crashed so I had a ghost image from 2009. I loaded it to a new hard drive. Now when I start the micros control panel I get the following error message.
LOCAL 3700D IS NOT RUNNING (-1)
MICROS DSM AND 3700D IS ON AS I TURN THEM ON IN THE RUN COMMAND. 3700D -START; DSM -START

Is 3700d running in the services? Are you using an old database and Micros version that was on the ghost image as well? Or trying to use a newer database? Is the computer name and IP correct?

Yes 3700D is running in the services.
I changed the motherboard of the PC and now the micros control panel works, but the sever now does not communicate with the work stations and I believe that's a network card issue.
