Micros 3700d Log Viewer

Hello,
I am currently having an issue with the Micros 3700d Log Viewer.
Version: RES 5.2
OS: WIN 7 x64
Symptoms: Log viewer is blank when opened.

Are there switches or system variables that need to be set?

EJOrganizer is extremely useful, but it doesn't provide the same info as the 3700d viewer.

BTW - I'm getting malware warnings from that zip file.

Passes scan from Avast and Microsoft Security Essentials. Which AV are you using?

I'm using Avast. It's Chrome's malware filter that's catching it.

Thank you for the suggested application. I have not worked with EJ organizer before.
Is it a MICROS utility?
Where can I obtain a clean copy?
Will it provide real-time info?
Any suggestions on how to get Log Viewer working?

Chrome is sensitive. It also does that for Vigilex and Bit9 installers.

Sometimes it could be the memory is running out for the viewer because of large file size. Check the memory usage when you are opening it.
