We have a micros 3700 system,my question is that when we went from ATT internet to a cable internet, the internet quit working. Does anyone have an answer to this?

There are a lot of things that could be happening...
Is your Micros box plugged directly into the cable box, or is it plugged into something else thats plugged into the cable box? Or maybe its plugged into a switch, which is plugged into a firewall, which is plugged into the cable box?
