micros 3700

hi,

newbie asking a quick question regarding Micros 3700 pos system.

system has two workstations and one of them boots to waiting for KDS display (yellow) and POS Operations also in (yellow), both will not go green. what to do in this case????

Is your control panel set to front of house?
Has the system worked before?
Are the machines communicating on the network?
Have you tried re-cal'ing the machines?
Those would be the easy steps to start with.
