How do I temporarily restrict micros not to accept AX as I am disputing some charge backs by AX and they will not honour the chargeback, the staff should not be able to use the card to prevent additional business to AX, regards n thank you in advance

Delete the Menu Level Class setting for AX in the Tender/Media setup page. That will leave everything else intact for when you want to enable it again.

Yes, removing the menu level class setting from a tender isn't deleting anything, you're just breaking a link. When you want to re-enable it just select the menu level class from the drop down list and save.

hello and thanks it worked, can you run a duplicate server check out once they clock out from the front of the house or it has to be from the main server as some times the staff clock out before the check out and need the report.
