Micros 3700 with merchant link setting up

Hello.
i have a Micros 3700 and merchant link payment gateway and have a plan to change merchant credit card company.
aleady the system prefectly work with old merchant account.
how do i change old merchant account to new one?
is there any addition license fee for changing merchant accout? if someone have some document about this, please inform to me or give me help.

You generally need to contact a dealer to have them process the paperwork for a Change of Service. The fee should be somewhere around $250, iirc. You fill out a form and they send it to Merchant Link. Merchant Link sets up the details on their end, tests it, and sets up a date to make the switch.
