Micros 3700 Windows 10 KDS issue

I can recal this KDS2 as KDS4 for example and it works fine. Recal back as KDS2 i get the error "connection failure" "unable to connect to the server"
this happens whether discovery mode is on or not.

Pressing cancel will let the KDS load perfectly fine and show the orders.

any ideas?

I will post what ended up fixing my issue incase anyone comes across this thread looking for help:

On the KDS computer, open file explorer.
Go to folder C:\Micros\Common and edit the folder called “Cert” to cert.old and copy it to the desktop of the profile.
Open Database Manager on the desktop and click on “Encryption Keys” then “Activate Discovery Mode” and restart the computer and allow it to recreate the cert folder.
The KDS computer worked.
