Micros 3700 User Workstation wont print reports

Recently our user workstations stopped printing reports such as clock in status and end of shift financials. They print receipts and checks just fine. There is no error message when the report is being run. The yellow box says it is running the printing but then nothing happens. I have tried restarting the server and workstations, reCALing a workstation, stopping and restarting the autosequecnce service, changing printers, redirecting printers. None of these things worked. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? We have res 5.4.
 
Sounds like the path for report templates maybe hosed. Check the paths in configurator/Reporting/Report Templates and make sure they are correct.
You also want to make sure the report files exist under (MICROS DRIVE):\MICROS\Res\Pos\Reports\40 Column
 
Thank you for your response. I convinced upper management to pay for an hours support from our micros distributor (since we do not pay for a support package). We tried several things, including what you suggested (which was not the problem). We looked at the logs and discovered that a print driver was screwing up. The fix for this was to restart the server then workstation multiple times to get the print driver corrected. I think it took 2 full restarts to get it to magically work. Computers make absolute no sense sometimes. Hope this helps someone in the future.
