Recently our user workstations stopped printing reports such as clock in status and end of shift financials. They print receipts and checks just fine. There is no error message when the report is being run. The yellow box says it is running the printing but then nothing happens. I have tried restarting the server and workstations, reCALing a workstation, stopping and restarting the autosequecnce service, changing printers, redirecting printers. None of these things worked. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? We have res 5.4.
