micros 3700 - turn off credit card receipts 1

Does anyone know how to turn off credit card receipts. When guests pay with a credit card we would like NO receipt to print. Our avg. check is $5 so we don't need receipts to print. Under RVC printing - options - we were able to change from 2 receipts printing to 1 - but when we put in -0-, still 1 receipt prints.

You can just remove the CA Voucher Printer for each workstation under POS Configurator > Devices > User Workstations > Printers

Will I still be able to print a transaction receipt if a customer asks for one? We have a print receipt button.

Yes, as long as you have a Receipt Printer and a Guest Check Printer defined.
