So we had a ticket with over 23 items on it, but a discount was applied causing it to look like only 23 items but in reality, had well over 46 items, so splitting the check in half allowed us to cahs out. Good luck to all.

POSCONFIG, REVENUE CENTRE, RVC TRANSACTIONS, CHECKS/RECEIPTS. Set Maximum detail Entries Per Check to 100 or if you do large groups go 500. Will fix your problem

Just set the "Maximum Detail Entries Per Check" value to the maximum value of 999. It is unnecessary to have it at a lower value.

This is a configuration option which was used to prevent issues with memory on very old versions of the system. It was used to prevent people creating massive checks and crashing the ops on the workstation because it ran out of memory. Not an issue with todays technology.
