Micros 3700 Transaction Count and Amount

Hi,

I have Micros 3700 in a cake shop. I would like to run a query to get the total count and total amount per day for the decorated cake only so it's three columns : date, count and amount.

How can I do this please?

Do you need a query?
Why not just run a menu item report for your chosen menu item from Autosequences and Reports?
