Micros 3700 terminals won't communicate

hello, my micros 3700 terminals don't communicate properly basically is a waiter uses a computer it won't let them use the other one and if they opened a check in one of the terminals and want to use the other terminal either it asks for manager approval or wont let them access their number also i had an issue with a closed check and i couldn't reopen it with my manager number from a different computer either i had to go back to the terminal where it was first opened.

Sounds like permissions were changed or the terminals are in different RVCs.

how do i get them all on the same RVC?

From Posconfig, open workstations and then select the terminals. You will see the outlets assigned.

I just rebooted all the terminals from micros control panel and it all worked fine
