Micros 3700 Tender/Media Printing Issue

We have a Micros 3700 Running Res 4.7 [XP/SP3]

There is a Tender/Media for membership and it was working until the T/M or Employee Class was edited.
Its supposed to close the ticket (just like cash)
rint to a journal file and not print a receipt.
However now its printing a receipt..

How can the be fixed?

Check the print class it is using. Use one called Journals Reports Only.

THis "print to journals" print class, what tick boxes are selected?
