Micros 3700 team membership and tip reporting

I have recently enabled Team Membership so that I can have servers work parties together and not require them to use a special card. However I am unable to figure out how to get the tips from the allocated percent in the team management to post to the server checkout and to each employees tip totals. Any help is greatly appreciated!
