Micros 3700 tax reports for longer period

Is there an option to take a tax report from Micros 3700 by monthly or quarterly?
This is a simple report with the following columns:

- Date
- Check No
- Revenue Center
- Gross value
- Tax
- Net value

I was told by the Micros technician that Micros holds only 14 days data

The only way to consult the information of totals of checks of more than 14 days is through mymicros.

The check data is just stored for 14 days so if you have a report that shows the data for a date range you would need to run it at least every 14 days and save the results.

Alternatively you cold get a custom database export of the data so its saved externally and doesnt get purged with the standard 14 day purge.
