Micros 3700 system sales report printing issue.

I am having an issue printing reports at the point of sale terminal. I can print any of the reports such as the clock in report but I can't print a system sales report. When I press print system sales report it prints it next to the server which is not where it should print. How do I fix this? Thanks MD

Have you tried changing the printer settings in your Micros Control Panel. There is a tab for "devices" and then an icon for "devices. There you can change your printer settings. There is also under "system" tab "restaurant" icon where you can set up your default "server" printer.

Is the report that's printing a 40 column workstation report or an 80 column office report? You may have the System Sales touchscreen button linked to the wrong autosequence, or the wrong template linked to the autosequence step.
