Micros 3700 stuck while starting RES

On user workstations, while res is loading up for the first time, mdshost, pos operation etc loads successfully. However, when it is time to load database connection, revenue center configuration, etc, it stops at REVENUE CENTER CONFIGURATION.
This happens on Ws5 and not on mtablet.
