Micros 3700 - Something is not tracking because most of the shifts are over from accountable cash

Hi everyone. One of my stores has an issue where my actual cash is over significantly more than the accountable cash. I'm assuming what is causing this are different food items which are not tracking properly.

Is there an easier way to figure this out without having to go through each menu item (we have a lot). The fact that they are getting paid out means they are showing up on the ticket but I'm assuming somehow they are not tracking. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
 
Sounds to me like you are having an issue with shift incrementing, which is typically related to your business day, have you had any issues with your business day closing?
 
Does the top of the report balance with the bottom part of the report. If not, then something is not being tracked. To pinpoint this further, one would need to review the database and tracking groups to be sure all totals are being tracked effectively.
